AT&T are coming to our community. This is a letter sent to us from AT&T. Our HOA has given AT&T permission to install Fiber Optics Lines in our community. This comes at no cost to our community. After installation is complete, AT&T will restore all property back to normal or better conditions.
Notice to Residents:
This AT&T Fiber promotional flyer was distributed to all homes in our community with prior approval from the HOA Board. The flyer was delivered in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all residents. AT&T teams will be working in the area to expand fiber optic service, and efforts will be made to minimize disruption

Neighborhood vehicles must be registered
with the ParkingPass system
or than can be booted in your driveway.
Please remember that we are
an “owner-occupied” community.
We are not a “gated community”,
and this parking system prevents vacation rentals
and helps us know who is residing in the neighborhood.
We want to keep Crystal Lake Golf Villas, Phase II,
a safe and desirable community!
Register your vehicle with ParkingPass.
More than 300 community vehicles
have been registered with the new system.
Some residents have still not registered their vehicles,
and will be subject to booting!
Parking Reminders
No vehicles can be parked on the streets between 1am and 6am,
they are subject to towing.
Vehicles not registered with Crystal Lake Golf Villas, Phase II “ParkingPass”
from 1am-6am, in anyone’s driveway, will be booted.
Guest parking must be registered at My.ParkingPass.com.
Vehicles parked in other’s driveways,
without written/or electronic permission from the homeowner, will be towed.
Vehicles parked on the grass or over storm drains will be towed.
Vehicles parked in the street in the wrong direction (a state violation) will be towed.

Our mail carrier has reported that she is having problems, delivering our mail due to vehicles blocking mailboxes in the neighborhood. Please allow enough room for the postal truck to reach
the mailboxes, and maneuver easily on the route.
